Tbh, had a pleasant stay in-and-out of town. Everything was nice with well-equipped and nicely furnished rooms. The location was peaceful and nice, overlooking garden. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a really comfortable area.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was perfect and fairly clean. The jewel in the crown was fairly friendly and super friendly staff. I was given functional and average sized room with picture postcard "views, a spacious bathroom, space to sit at the window. Thoughtful service offered in this property. Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip.

A pleasant stay for 2 nights. Small hotel with friendly efficient staff. Location near to the lake and surrounding areas, transports to El Chalten and the city center. Also, on a hill overlooking Lago Argentino. Good food, very good and plentiful breakfast.

The rooms are well-appointed here with `` picture postcard '' views and space to sit at the window, for example. They serve outstanding food, have a great selection of options to choose from.

Booked a room with perfect views onto the lake. Bidet in the spacious bathroom was super awesome. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from Moreno Glacier.

Also, location was peaceful and exceptionally nice, just a short stroll away from Laguna Toro. The area was really comfortable, a fine base for me.

This hotel was located in a very central area near a hill overlooking Lago Argentino. The staff has always been helpful and caring, and the facilities were nice. The room I stayed in was reasonably large and nicely furnished from where the view is excellent.

Had a wonderful stay in-and-out of town, everything was nice. The location was amazing away from centre-great plus if you do n't want to be with the crowds. Moreover, it's near to taxis as well as transports to El Chalten and Torres del Paine NP.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with amazing views. The public areas were comfortable and cozy, with board games and books provided. The room was spacious and clean, and despite a few minor issues such as limited storage space and mismatched beds, it was overall a comfortable stay. The breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant served reasonably priced food. The location was perfect for exploring El Calafate, with easy access to major attractions. The staff, especially Valeria, were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for making the most of our trip. Despite some drawbacks like limited WiFi and transportation options, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

the room was reasonably large and nicely furnished here with fantastic view, a nice bathroom.

Facilities were overall nice, nonetheless internet connection was weak.

Excellent value, ideal location with great views, varied and high-quality breakfast, lower prices for dinner, warm and welcoming staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, with nice furniture and great views of the surrounding area. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the various dining spots in town. The staff provided excellent service and were helpful in providing recommendations for our day trip.
